• Provide day-day onsite and remote support on Computer Services, Communication Equipment, Networking, Hardware and Software Systems.
• Perform programming and engineering activities at various sites under maintenance, when needed.
• Follow up and close all incidents, issues and request timely.
• Ensure project and maintenance SLA (Service Level Agreement) and customer satisfaction levels are met.
• Assist n root cause analysis identified by team members together with team and Superior.
• Perform maintenance and operational matters as and when assigned by immediate supervisor.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electricial / Electronics Engineering and Mechatronics.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Possess at least Class 3 manual liciense to operate Company vehicle for onsite support.
• Knowledge on computer server maintenance, network troubleshoting, basic software troubleshoting
• Knowledge on Firewall, backup solution and Anti-virus solution
• Basic knowledge on computer engineering will be added advantage
