About the Role

As a Sales & Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth by engaging employees and stakeholders. This position provides you with a unique opportunity to expose yourself to numerous key functions of the company such as sales, management and business consulting, while learning technical skills such as SEO, website designing and growth hacking.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Client Relations

• Assist sales team in clinching deals and facilitating smooth client onboarding
• Engage with clients to identify their needs and propose tailored IT solutions.
• Contribute to sales activities and work towards converting leads into clients, commissions will be given accordingly.

Team Collaboration & Leadership:

Location & Work hours

The job location is BullionStar's bullion shop, showroom and vault at 45 New Bridge Road. This bustling location is located in between Chinatown and Clarke Quay with the Clarke Quay MRT located just across the road making commuting easy.

Salary and Benefits

The salary is dependent on your capability, experience and skills. The typical starting salary is from SGD 2,700 to SGD 4,000 per month for a driven candidate, plus up to 3 months' bonus. In addition, BullionStar provides an Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) equivalent to 1 month salary. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head of Human Resource in all daily tasks and matters in the Human Resource Department.

• Manage full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment and orientation, training, payroll and IR8A submission, work pass and Man Year Entitlement application, dormitory arrangement, incident reporting, medical, insurance and work injury claims, employee profiles and leave management, overseas deployment, promotions and resignations.

• Coordinate with Operations Department in project executions, including fulfilling manpower requirements, site registrations, inductions, swab test registration.

• Implement HR-related programmes and policies, apply for HR-related certifications and grants, establish internships and industrial attachments with educational institutions, participate in recruitment fairs and organise Company events.
