Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including Recruitment, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Welfare, performance appraisals, and employee on-boarding and exit clearance.
• Process workpass applications and coordinate with immigration authorities on foreign worker-related matters.
• Assist in managing and monitoring employee benefits utilization, including leave and medical benefits, in accordance with HR policies and guidelines.
• Prepare HR-related correspondences, including official HR letters.
• Coordinate with recruitment agencies for candidate sourcing and placement.
• Liaise with vendors on dormitory-related matters.
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily office operations.
• To perform any other ad-hoc task assigned by superior.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR or related field.
• Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
