• Support in handling the administration work for grant applications
• Support in small HR projects
• Handle employee grievance issues and administrate the entire grievance process

Requirement:

• Must have a Diploma in HRM or other faculty but with good relevant HR experience
• Must have basic work ethics
• Good in communication skill
• Must know MS office
• Must know employment law , TAFEP and CPF regulation
• Must be able to attend meeting (on zoom or physical) at least once a month.
• Able to work remotely with a minimum commitment of 2 hours per week (up to a maximum of 8 hours per week)

Location: One North – Walking distance from MRT

Working Day: 5 Days work week

Jobs Responsibilities:

• Assist with robotic programming automation for staff access card programming.
• Manage the Access Card Service Desk duties
• Provide support for access card issuance and returns during operating hours.
• Handle service requests and workflows related to access pass issuance and returns.
• Maintain records and audit trails, tracking all access pass issuances and returns.
• Perform other general administrative duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Singaporean Only
• Minimum Diploma/Degree in any field or its equivalent
• Familiar with UiPath, C#, and other relevant is a plus

You will carry out inspections and audits of permitted sites and produce written reports capturing the findings. You will sometimes have to take tough action to achieve these aims, and on occasions, need to investigate environmental offences. You may also be required to occasionally give evidence in a court of law.
