Job Description

• Handle inbound calls for client account servicing, product inquiries, and helpdesk support.
• Follow through on case handling and maintain compliance with confidentiality standards.
• Overtime may be required based on workload.

Job Requirements

• Minimum education of ITE or 'O' levels;. Experience in call centers, banking, or customer service is a plus.
• Positive mindset, strong communication skills, and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be comfortable with shift work, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide trade support to the sales & marketing department
• Familiar with bunkering apnd oil & fuel businesses
• Conduct market research and analysis
• Ensure compliance with company standards and policies
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or Nitec in any discipline
• With 1 year of trading experience, preferably from oil trading background
