• Plan and arrange concrete trail mix as per specs.
• Issue Non-Conformance Report (NCR) once activities deviated from the approved drawings and Contract specifications
• Liaise with the QPs/Client for the closure of Non-Conformance notices.
• Preparation and Submission of Method of Statement, Quality record and documents, Test Results, Material Submission and Concrete Design Mixes for client approval
• Maintain Project Quality Plan, Management Plan and other Quality records, attend and/or arrange testing activities
• Compilation of all test reports for submission to the authorities via transmittal
• Update of progress monthly report under quality matters for submission to the authorities.
• Support the site external and internal quality audits.

• Diploma in engineering or equivalent.
• Min 5 years of working experience in the construction industry.

• Understand control system philosophy for M&E Services
• To assist manager on the day to day activities under the Master Planning schedule, Quality, safety, Etc.
• Check for non-conformance product or installation to avoid defects.

Requirement

• Singaporean/Singapore PR Only
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of Relevant Experience
• Code of practice
• Knowledge of ISO 9000 / OSHAS 18000 (Minimum Requirement)
• Skill requirement: ISO internal Quality Auditor, Building construction safety supervisor course
• Preference given to those with M&E / subcontractor environment
