Job Description: We seek a dedicated Junior Engineer with a solid background in renovation projects. The successful candidate will be key in managing and executing renovation projects, ensuring that all aspects are delivered to the highest standards. Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing and coordinating renovation projects involving electrical, plumbing, tiling, ceiling work, and other related tasks.
• Collaborating with architects and interior designers to develop and refine renovation plans.
• Supervising on-site activities to ensure that all work adheres to the project plan, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Preparing and managing project schedules, ensuring that timelines are met without compromising quality.
• Conducting site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Ensuring that all materials and workmanship meet the specified quality standards.
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and effective communication.
• Preparing reports and documentation for project handovers, ensuring all aspects of the project are completed to client satisfaction.
• Staying updated with the latest trends, techniques, and materials in the renovation industry to bring innovative solutions to projects.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in design software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp).
• Strong understanding of renovation processes, building codes, and industry standards.
• Hands-on experience in managing multiple renovation projects simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

No experience/Diploma in precision/mechanical/mechatronic/electrical/electronic/Industrial or related engineering

Responsibilities:
