• Monitors vendors’ performance in terms of quality, delivery, price and services and taking corrective actions
• Create new vendor in system
• Create new item codes in system
• Maintain contract list and ensure timely renewal of term contract services
• Inform new vendors/contractors of company requirement
• Follow up on forms to be updated for new vendors/contractors
• Match Purchase Order, Delivery Order and Invoices; Check on accuracy and completeness and submit to Finance Department on a timely basis
• Verify invoice without PO is as per contract value and identify department costing before submit to Finance
• Follow up on invoicing on cash on delivery purchases
• To undertake any other duties that may be assigned by the Management from time to time

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma Electrical / Mechanical Engineering with at least 2 years of relevant experience
• ERP software. E.g. Microsoft Dynamics Navision will be advantage

As part of the Business Development team, you will help identify, qualify, pursue and help win strategic and tactical new business. Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the business leadership, Design and Engineering teams to manage the response to large strategic RFP’s and proactive opportunities.
• Lead relationships with Alephs strategic partners technology platform partners like Adobe, Salesforce, Sitecore, AWS, Azure, as well as banking specific platforms such as Backbase, Temenos, Thoughtmachine, and others.
• Drive the day to day pipeline operations, from ensuring the CRM is up to date to triaging and managing inbound leads.
• Help define and manage the new business process for Singapore
• Identify growth opportunities and proactively pursue new client opportunities.
• Manage and qualify inbound requests.
• Handle approaches, follow ups and tracking of new business leads.
• Help lead cred/pitch meetings.
• Help complete RFPs and RFIs.
• Coordinate with the Global Business team on inbound lead routing and cross office pitches.
• Coordinate and help manage internal pitch procesHelp lead internal new business meetings and processes.
• Help keep the executive team informed of the business development pipeline and status.
• Be an advocate for Aleph, its ways and philosophies to new clients.
• Keep up to date on latest market shifts and trends.

Prerequisites

• 5+ years of experience in a digital agency environment is a plus, specifically in a business development, client services or strategy function.
• A detailed understanding of the business development process, tools and deliverables generally required.
• Proven ability to manage senior relationships with prospective clients and partners from first meeting through deal completion.
• Proven ability to present and communicate clearly to perspectives, internal teams and existing clients.
• Keen on exploring new opportunities and technologies in AI and keeping uptodate.

General Purpose/Scope ( Full training provided)
Support in process improvements, customer returns, cycle time reduction and scrap
reduction initiatives.

Essential Job Duties
§ Work closely with Process/Manufacturing Engineer to monitor and improve the
process capability.
§ Ensure the scrap, production yield and cycle time reduction targets are met.
§ Review process issues, NCR and conduct failure analysis.
§ Updating of Manufacturing work instructions/routers.
§ Participate in cross-functional teams on various improvement projects.
§ Conduct Evaluations/Special Build Request.
§ Support QA for failure analysis and identification of corrective action for customer
returns and internal CAR’s.
§ Preparation of the failure analysis report on customer return parts.
