As a Validation Engineer, you play a pivotal role in our organization by ensuring that each product release surpasses quality expectations. Your responsibilities encompass understanding potential system failures, designing validation scenarios, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. • Support Program team during upfront new project quotation stage by providing accurate upfront tooling/product DFM that matches the right quality requirements.

• Support Tooling Department by conducting internal tooling design and DFM reviews before tool launch.
