Responsibilities:

• Support the Manager to drive performance and service quality in the call centres across the Organization through call and email audits, as well as from patients’ feedback
• Identify any tasks/ processes that have the potential to be improved and automated by harnessing technology
• Drive the usage of Customer Relationship Management system will be one of the key deliverables
• Ensure proper and systematic documentation of Call Centre work processes and develop Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to automate these work processes
• Participate in workgroups to drive change and bring joy at work
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in automation projects and software/tools
• Passionate in boosting efficiency through streamlining and automating work processes to drive productivity
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Systematic with a high degree of initiative
• Collaborative and able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and diverse environment
• A team player who enjoys working with people
• Previous experience in Call Centre
• Experience in automation tools such as Blue Prism and UiPath

• Received and Process Sales Order using SAP system, acknowledgement with estimate delivery date base on standard lead time
• Process Purchase Order to vendors
• Liaise with various internal & external parties to ensure timely production and shipping of goods
• Administer orders backlog, co-ordinate with Sales if there is any delivery &/or production hiccups
• Communicating with a factory in China for delivery matters
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Candidate must have at least 7 years of experience in Customer Service function
• Knowledge in SAP is an added advantage
