The Senior Supply Chain Manager, Process Design – Logistics is a member of the MedTech TranSCend Supply Chain ERP program organization and will report into the Process End to End Design Leader. The candidate will work at the Coastal Protection and Flood Resilience Institute (CFI) Singapore at the National University of Singapore (NUS) for day-to-day operations, human resource, finance and procurement.

• He has the overall responsibility with respect to HSE matters for a specific project, and delegates specific related activities to his team members

Requirements:

• University engineer in mechanical or chemical engineering, preferably with training in management techniques (or equivalent) or Industrial engineer in mechanical or chemical engineering, preferably with training in management techniques (or equivalent)
• VCA basic HSE training (or equivalent) and VCA leading HSE training (or equivalent)
• 10+ years of experience in engineering & contracting of which 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager with at least a recent EPC contract
• Sound knowledge of project management techniques
• Good understanding of relevant contractual matters
• Sound knowledge of Worley’s procedures
• Working knowledge of the application of computerized systems particularly those to be used for projects
• Broad knowledge of other professional areas within Worley
• Proven ability to communicate
• Proven social skills

Administrative Manager Responsibilities:

• Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
• Hiring, training, and evaluating employees and taking corrective action when necessary.
• Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
• Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained.
• Working with the accounting and management teams to set budgets, monitor spending, and process payroll and other expenses.
• Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.

Administrative Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
• Experience in a related field, such as management or financial reporting, preferred.

• Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.

What You’ll Do

As a Solution Architect, you will be working with a variety of customers from all sectors and industries to provide consultancy and Oracle Cloud implementation services for our customers. YOU HAVE broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs across multiple product/technology families within Oracle Fusion Cloud suite of products. Works directly with Consulting sales to analyze customer business needs and owns and drive solution architecture in large deals and large projects.

Your core responsibility is to operate independently to provide quality work products to an engagement, understand customers' business challenges and requirements, identify business processes and opportunities to increase efficiency, recommend and influence customer leadership in acceptance of best practice based and innovative solutions using Oracle's Cloud Applications and Technology solutions. You will have opportunities to engage with a variety of customers from all sectors and industries, including banking, insurance, manufacturing, telco, education, government and many others.

Exercises judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to design non-routine and complex business solutions utilizing Oracle Fusion Cloud products and technology to meet customer needs. Contributes to statements of work, work breakdown structures and/or level of effort and staff plans. Presents and demonstrates solutions to customers. Builds and maintains a network and up-to-date specific industry or product knowledge. Responsible for transitioning deal knowledge to implementation team. Leads the domain specific solution design aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality and integrated business solutions. Anticipates project risks and suggest risk mitigation to project manager. Resolves complex customer issues by recommending solutions. Demonstrates expertise in multiple business processes across two or more product families or ability to architect and design technology solutions encompassing multiple products.
