Qualifications

General Description

The incumbent is responsible to provide technical process support to the Production Shift teams and the Facility Owner of the process area in the LNG Terminal.

Roles and Responsbilities

The incumbent shall be responsible for, but not limited to the following scope of tasks and duties:

• Provide technical support for routine and non-routine production activities and develop best practices to improve production safety, reliability and efficiency.
• Evaluate current production activities, make recommendations and execute continuous process improvements in the areas of safety initiatives, equipment reliability and operational excellence.

Work Experience

• Minimum of eight (8) years practical experience in process engineering function in an oil, gas or petrochemical industries.
• Conversant with local/international codes, regulations, standards, best practices in the process.
• Good knowledge of commissioning, operations and troubleshooting of a variety of large and complex processes in the oil, gas or petrochemical industry is critical.
• Knowledge of the LNG / natural gas or other hydrocarbon industries would be advantageous. Candidates with experience in cryogenic plant design, commissioning and start-up are preferred.
• Certified Energy Manager certification will be an advantage.

You are responsible for all aspects of HV/EHV substation design including:

• Responsible for leading and coordinating all technical aspects of AC power substation projects. • Strong hands-on instrumentation experience such as ICP/MS, GC/MS, UV-Vis, GC/FID/TCD, IC, HPLC, GFAA, ICP/OES, NMR, and other measurement tools.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

• Excellent presentation skills.

About the job

Reporting directly to the IT Manager, your role involves:

• Providing IT support to end-users across APAC, this includes help desk support, system administration, and network management on a day-to-day basis.
• Assisting in the deployment and upkeep of IT systems, offering technical assistance to users, and contributing to multiple IT projects.
• Assisting in the implementation and administration of Azure cloud solutions. This includes monitoring and fine-tune Azure services and resources to uphold optimal availability, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Assisting in the deployment and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring effectiveness, security, and alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborating with the IT team and stakeholders to strategize and execute IT projects, including upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
• Engaging with business stakeholders across various departments to identify and provide IT solution to meet their needs.
• Stay abreast of emerging IT technologies and industry trends, offering recommendations for their integration.

Skills and experience required

As a successful applicant, you will have at least 5 years of experience in IT Support. Proven track record in supporting users across APAC.

Exposure to System / Server / Azure will be of added advantage.
