• Render all M&E Engineering support to the M&E Manager/Project Manager/Planning Manager for the successful execution of the project
• Liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, consultant representative (RE/RTO), relevant authorities and sub-contractors on M&E issues and challenges
• Coordinate with all M&E subcontractors, as well as project team structural and architectural colleagues to resolve all drawings, site discrepancy or technical issues
• Attend all project meetings and progress meetings relating to meeting master program schedule
• Ensure good M&E drawing management and the control of M&E documentation/filing on site
• Ensure timely production and submission of M&E shop drawings, materials submission and method statements & all M&E shop drawings, materials and method statement are to be approved before use
• Ensure all M&E site activities are well-planned, well-coordinated and on time
• Oversee and guide all M&E staff/Supervisors/sub-contractors, ensuring work is carried out in accordance with the approved shop drawings, materials and method statements
• Prepare accurate and comprehensive M&E progress report with photographs when required
• Arrange for all M&E T&C works
• Work with Consultants to come out with proper site inspection schedule to be carried out by the relevant government authorities
• Work closely with EHS Department to ensure strict compliance of safety regulations.Requirement:
• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ experience for Main Contractor in project management and/ or site coordination works for building or civil projects

Job Description:

· To make sure that PLC and SCADA system equipment are tested and commissioned in conformity with the design drawings, testing procedures, safety measures and QA/QC system.

· To manage the PLC Testing & Commissioning activities (Integration, Validation, SAT, and ITC)

maintenance of multiple PLC and STEP7 SIMATIC MANAGAER and Siemens PCS7 process control systems or

· Knowledge working in Allen Bradley PLC1756-L56, using AB RS Logix 5000 for programming, using Kepware

OPC server (KEP Server EX).

· To carry out Point-to-point test with substation electrical equipment.
