Job Summary:

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating all operations and projects related matter with various team. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure reports and requests are delivered on time.

Job Responsibilities:

• Must Have minutes of meeting experience / knowledge
• Must have Diploma
• Minimum 1 year experience in project admin, HR and/or accounting background
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

Assist in the planning and coordination of project activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, PowerPoint presentation and documenting minutes.

Provide administrative support as needed, such as managing project-related correspondence and other ad-hoc duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell products to clients / businesses
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors
• Identify new business opportunities and potential markets
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations on the product usage
• Provide recommendations based on client's preference / requirements
• Collaborate with marketing team for promotional strategies

Key Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 year of sales experience in relevant industries

Role Overview:

• Oversee the preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring full compliance with SFRS, corporate tax regulations.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial reports, including comprehensive analysis and commentary on significant variances.

• Diploma & above
• Minimum 2-3 years working experience with full set accounting and preferably with audit/tax background.
• Good working knowledge of SFRS and Singapore tax
• Well-versed in MS Office, especially MS Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Outlook
• A self-starter who can plan, organize and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently

• Collaborate closely with department heads to understand the skills and competencies required for openings to meet the organizational recruitment demands and needs.
