The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial reporting. • Input all invoices data into system.
• Assist Accountant with performing month end accruals for any unprocessed invoices at the end of the month.
• Process ambassador expense claims for payment within 5 business days of receipt of claim

The Recruitment Process

Our recruitment process starts with a telephone interview with a member of the Talent Acquisition team, followed by an assessment for you to complete in your own time. If successful, you will be invited to an interview. Our standard recruitment process lasts around 1 month however, this can be adapted if necessary.

The role will ideally commence in early 2025. However, we have start dates available every month of the year and you will be asked to state your availability on your application form. Whilst there are no set application deadlines, we strongly recommend applying as early as possible so that we can begin processing your application. The role will close when a suitable candidate found.

What do we expect from you?

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Event Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving event sales, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of events. This role involves collaborating with internal departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences while achieving revenue goals.

How your day looks like?

Sales and Business Development

• Proactively identify, target, and secure event sales opportunities, including corporate events, weddings, social gatherings.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients through regular sales calls, networking events, and site visits.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals and presentations tailored to clients’ needs.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure agreements align with company revenue objectives.
• Meet or exceed monthly and yearly event sales targets.

Event Planning and Coordination

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from the inquiry stage through event completion.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including catering, banquet operations, and audiovisual, to ensure smooth event execution.
• Oversee event details, including menus, layouts, timelines, and special requests, ensuring all requirements are met.
• Conduct site inspections and showcase event spaces to prospective clients.

Administrative Duties

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client communications in the CRM system.
• Provide timely reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
• Assist in creating marketing materials and packages for event sales promotion.

The IT Executive is responsible for providing applications consultancy, advice, and support for both purchased and developed systems, such as Infor LN and TimeWay. The role involves troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and resolving hardware or software faults, and ensuring that system setups are appropriately configured for end users. Additionally, the IT Executive will be tasked with setting up and configuring workstations and notebooks, managing multiple incidents and tasks, selecting vendors for IT products and services, and safeguarding our infrastructure against malware.

As an employee, you help maintain our organization’s quality, safety, and environmental management system in the process of continuous improvement. In doing so, within your range of duties, you assume responsibility for following all the measures taken by the company with regard to quality, safety, and the environment.

Your responsibilities as an IT Executive:

• Analyze and troubleshoot application issues reported by end users.
• Manage business application roles and partnerships (e.g., Infor LN and TimeWay).
• Determine and configure appropriate system setups with users and head office colleagues.
• Setup and configure workstations and notebooks for end-users.
• Communicate with staff or clients to set up systems or resolve issues.
• Prioritize and manage multiple incidents and tasks, select vendors for IT products/services, and ensure infrastructure protection against malware.

Your qualities

You can make your mark as IT Executive if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Zero to 2 years of experience working in IT technical support role.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with an ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users.
• Technical knowledge of software and hardware platforms used within the organization.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for vouchers, pricing, product expiry, and page design across e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, Shopify, CorDx online store and etc.
• Design product listings, including images and descriptions, to enhance visibility and sales.
• Create and manage customer recovery plans, handle feedback and queries to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Design and produce promotional materials such as banners, brochures, and advertisements for our physical store locations.
• Manage and create content for social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook and etc, focusing on engaging stories and posts to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Develop promotional and informational materials for CorDx products, focusing on pricing strategies and product benefits.
• Design and prepare materials for CorDx trade shows, including booth and poster designs.
• Coordinate with local printing vendors for materials production and manage logistics for trade show activities.
• Produce marketing materials such as brochures and design retail shelf layouts in alignment with advertisement and promotional plans for retail outlets.
• Develop educational and promotional materials for CorDx distributors to enhance product knowledge and promote product adoption.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
• Experience in e-commerce and social media marketing.
• Strong graphic design skills and proficiency in design software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English and Chinese to speak with counterpart in China.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
