As part of our Human Resources team, you will play a crucial role in championing strategic talent management initiatives and processes to attract, motivate and retain talent. Your key responsibilities will encompass the full spectrum of staffing support functions, including manpower planning, recruitment and selection, staff onboarding, talent retention and development and employee separation processes.
Additionally, you will be responsible for updating and maintaining Human Resources (HR) staffing databases, as well as organising and participating in career promotion events. As an HR Partner to line managers, you will provide counsel on staffing matters and effectively implement and communicate HR policies.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management / Arts / Social Sciences / Business Administration or other related fields
· Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
· Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
· Knowledge of HR modules in SAP SuccessFactors would be an advantage
· Good knowledge of labour laws and legislation practice
