Position Summary

The role focuses on overseeing vendors and logistics management, building strong relationships with key suppliers and logistics companies to ensure that equipment and materials are of high quality and delivered on time. Key Roles and Responsibilities

Qualification, Skills, and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in laws (or equivalent) and admitted as a lawyer in Singapore.
• Minimum 6-8 years of relevant legal working experience. Experience working in the real estate industry on cross border matters and working with an international multi-national company would be an advantage.
• Experience with projects in Indonesia, Vietnam or India and/or ability to speak Bahasa Indonesia or Vietnamese would be an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Good knowledge of commercial law especially land law, the law on enterprises, the law on investment. Knowledge and experience with cross border transactions would be an advantage. Experience with corporate structuring in a property business would be an advantage.
