Job Objectives

The Contracts Manager will be part of a small, global and highly specialized contracts team within Satair. The main focus of this position will be on the business of Satair in the Asia Pacific region and will support Satair contracts related to products and services in close collaboration with all relevant stakeholders. In addition, the position is aimed to support the other, regular activity of the Satair contracts team by supporting any contract-related activity, e.g. drafting and updating contractual templates, supporting the evolution of Satair’s Terms & Conditions, improving our processes or participating in other projects.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Education: A degree or diploma in communication, branding, marketing, or a relevant field is an advantage
• Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Industry Experience: Experience working in branding and/or corporate communication within the maritime industry is an advantage. However, even if the applicant lacks direct working experience in the maritime industry, a deep understanding and knowledge of the maritime industry will still be highly valued.
• Communication Planning: Ability and skill to develop a communication plan under the supervision of a manager
• Presentation Skills: Able to assist the manager in developing presentations
• Creativity and Project Management: Demonstrated creativity and project management skills
• Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at engaging with various stakeholders across divisions, countries, and entities
• Adaptability: Positive motivation to challenge new areas, flexibility, resourcefulness, and excellent teamwork
• Digital Communication: Excellent understanding and experience in developing and managing corporate websites, social media (SNS), and other digital communication practices
• Multilingual Abilities: Proficiency in multiple languages, both spoken and written, other than English is an advantage.

• Plan and manage HVAC projects for data centers.
• Lead project meetings and collaborate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Review project specs, drawings, and contracts for compliance.
• Monitor site progress and address any technical or operational issues.
• Prepare schedules, reports, and project documentation.
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment.
• Ensure workplace safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct site inspections and guide the project team.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in ACMV/HVAC or related M&E projects.
