POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting to the Deputy Director, Talent Management & Capability Development, the hire will be one of the team leads within Synapxe Academy, supervising a total of 3 assistant managers and/or executives in managing the learning operations, digitalization and productivity efforts as well as delivery experience. We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Product Consultant with extensive of experience in Triple A Plus and Temenos Wealth Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Wealth Management and Triple A+. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of the domain and technical skills to drive product excellence and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and customization of Triple A Plus and Temenos Wealth Manager solutions for clients.
• Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client requirements.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices and industry standards in Wealth Management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative solutions that meet client needs.
• Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure seamless integration of Triple A Plus and Temenos Wealth Manager with existing client systems.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all project phases, including requirements, design, and testing.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to empower clients with the knowledge to effectively use the implemented solutions.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address any issues or risks that may arise.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance to clients, ensuring optimal performance of the implemented solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Wealth Management and related technologies.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and methodologies.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
