• Support Product Development:

• Assist the Product Manager in defining and documenting product requirements and specifications.
• Help coordinate the development process, ensuring timely delivery of features and updates.

• Market Research and Analysis:

• Cross-Functional Coordination:

Qualifications:

Overview

At Gnosis by Lesaffre APAC, we are looking for a talented, dynamic, and motivated Regulatory Affairs Specialist to support the expansion of our business in APAC. Reporting to the APAC Senior Regulatory Affairs Manager, you will be responsible for the regulatory compliance of our product portfolio and play a critical role providing strategic advice on regulatory risks and opportunities to support market growth and innovation in APAC.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance of assigned Gnosis’ product portfolio with local regulations,
• Manage timely regional registration activities, including registration dossier preparation and proper documentation of submitted documents,
• Execute regional regulatory strategies in line with the global strategic plan,
• Provide regulatory guidance and advice to internal stakeholders (e.g. marketing, R&D),

Financial Crime Analyst

Team Summary

Visa is looking for a Financial Crime Analyst based in Singapore to be part of Currencycloud’s Asia Pacific (APAC) New Business Onboarding team. Currencycloud is part of Visa Group entities and covers Visa’s regulated payment business within Money Movement Solutions (MMS) in APAC. Currencycloud is also consolidated under Visa Direct which streamlines all of Visa’s cross border payments under one unified branding. The Currencycloud APAC New Business Onboarding team is an essential partner to the MMS business. The team provides solutions-oriented advice to ensure timely client onboarding, address stakeholder queries promptly, complete tasks within Service Level Agreements (SLA), and perform all duties to a high standard.

What a Financial Crime Analyst does at Visa:

This role, based in Singapore, supports the Currencycloud APAC New Business Onboarding Manager with new client onboarding. It reports to the APAC New Business Onboarding Manager and is part of Visa’s expansion in the region.

The core responsibilities for this role are as follows:

• Responsible for new business onboarding applications for Financial Institutions, Payment Institutions and Corporates in a myriad of industries and jurisdictions

• Carrying out know-your-customer (KYC) and Know-your-business (KYB) checks.

• Reviewing client’s regulatory cover

• Performing Risk Assessment on new clients

• Assessing the effectiveness of each client’s AML framework

• Leading AML calls with clients including visual walkthroughs of their processes and systems

• Responsible for undertaking enhanced due diligence on customers that pose greater risks, including investigating the legitimacy of the funds used in the business relationship

• Proactively escalating cases to senior members of the team

• Complete Compliance administration (such as keeping client records up to date).

What you will need:

To apply for this role, we are looking for someone who has bachelor’s degree or higher education qualification and at least 3 years of working experience within AML/CFT compliance functions in the financial / payments industry. Professional AML accreditation preferred.

We will also seek candidates with the following:  

• Understanding of Singapore’s Payment Services Act and all relevant subsidiary legislation, especially PSN01 on Prevention of Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism – Specified Payment Services. Knowledge of other payments regulations and AML typologies across APAC will be advantageous but not necessary.

The Carbon Commercial Specialist will play a pivotal role in LDC’s Sustainability and Energy Transition team in Asia, combining both analytical and commercial expertise in the rapidly evolving carbon credits market. This position focuses on MRV of the company's GHG emissions, analyzing supply and demand trends, policy developments, and commercializing the company’s carbon credits portfolio. The role will involve developing relationships with key stakeholders, including end-buyers, brokers, and intermediaries, to drive growth and identify new opportunities in the voluntary carbon market.

Main Responsibilities

• MRV of the Company's GHG Emissions: Collect and monitor Scope 1,2 & 3 data of the company's assets, apply appropriate models for the generation of monitoring reports and assist external verifications on the GHG emissions of individual asset.
• Market Analysis & Insight Generation: Analyze market trends and macroeconomic fundamentals in the carbon credits market across Asia. Provide actionable insights related to supply/demand dynamics and policy developments to help manage and optimize the company’s carbon credits portfolio.
• Policy & Regulatory Tracking: Monitor and analyze global and regional policy developments within the voluntary and mandatory carbon market, identifying opportunities and potential risks that could impact the company’s carbon credit transactions in Asia.
• Market Intelligence Reporting: Distribute weekly market updates to the Sustainability and Energy Transition team, summarizing key policy, market, and trade highlights relevant to the carbon credits market.

A brief summary of your job responsibility:
