Main Responsibilities:

• Daily monitoring of orders
• Extracting orders from website for production
• Tracking and editing order status on website
• Creating shipments & packing for completed orders
• Monitoring stock for packing materials
• Correspondent with customers on any enquiries
• Other miscellaneous duties as per required

Requirements:

• Min ITE
• 1 year relevant experience
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications

Responsibilities:

Production Support:

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of an innovative plant-based food production facility.
• Work with the production team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
• Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines and company protocols.
• Ensure the efficient use of resources and minimize waste in the production process.

Quality Control:

• Conduct regular quality checks on raw materials, in-process items, and finished products.
• Follow established quality control procedures to uphold product excellence.

Inventory Management:

• Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.
• Assist in conducting regular inventory audits and report any discrepancies.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely replenishment of materials.

Safety, Compliance, Reporting:

• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, including batch records and production logs.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Knowledge or interest in plant-based products and sustainable practices.
