Brief Description & Role

Job Title: Production Quality Engineer (SLT Department)

This Production Quality Engineer role is in-charge of the daily operation inspection & assurance of the defined processes and procedures. Job description:

• Assist in the design, development, and testing of engineering projects under the supervision of a Senior Engineer.
• Conduct preliminary surveys and collect data for project planning.
• Prepare engineering plans, drawings, and specifications using CAD software.
• Perform regular inspections of equipment and ensure maintenance schedules are followed.
• Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to troubleshoot and solve technical issues.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations.
• Maintain detailed reports and documentation related to projects.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering (preferably in Precision Engineering).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Practical experience with CAD software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the consultant and monitor work progress and schedule
• Monitor daily work activities of the various subcontractors to ensure proper adherence to job site safety policies and procedures
• Work closely with the team to fulfil all requirements and expectations during testing and commissioning with consultant
• Ensuring that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements
• Estimating material, labor, or construction costs for budget preparation
• Maintaining electrical equipment
• Maintenance & Installation of filtration equipment, including pumps, filters, UV systems and ozone generating equipment.
• Fault diagnosis and servicing of specialist swimming pool chemical dosing systems.

Requirements:

• Electrical qualification or experience preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in related field & local experience

6. Participate in supplier evaluation and qualification.

7. Support in audit (internal and supplier).

- Perform auditor role during internal audit

- Auditing of major supplier with high quality issue

8. Lead in internal calibration management.

- Keep track on the calibration due date and take initiative to recall for calibration

9. Support on Documentation Control.
