• Ensure that unplanned discharges are identified, stopped as soon as possible, and reported following policy, procedures and regulations. Qualifications & Experience:

• High School Degree is required.
• Superior education is mandatory (EFOMM, or specialization course for merchant marine officers’ access degree), except for foreign Seafarers (which follow the regulations of the country of origin).
