Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Production Manager to oversee all aspects of production in our curtain shop. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of curtain manufacturing, a keen eye for detail, and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the entire production process, ensuring efficiency and quality.

• Supervise and train production staff to maintain high standards of workmanship.

• Oversee inventory management for fabrics, accessories, and other materials.

• Ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining quality control.

• Implement and improve production workflows to optimize productivity.

• Monitor equipment maintenance and resolve technical issues promptly.

• Collaborate with designers, sales teams, and suppliers to meet customer requirements.

• Prepare production schedules, budgets, and reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in curtain production or a similar industry.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent understanding of fabric types, sewing techniques, and design patterns.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

• Knowledge of production tools and equipment maintenance.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality products.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the curtain or textile industry.

• Familiarity with modern production software and tools.

Job Responsibilities:

· Responsible for all dispensing operation for materials to be used in Production, including to provide timely report to Production Manager,

· Responsible for the management of controlled substances/controlled drugs and inventory, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.

· Under Production Manager supervision and direction to manage operational training and development of manpower in production, and ensure relevant SOP update to date.

· To assist the Manager to plan, record and monitor the Production manpower headcount in accordance to employment matrix including proposing replacement and additional manpower

· Together with other team member to assist production manager in operational workforce management and engagement, and well-being.

· Together with production executive to conduct safety relevant training, to promote GMP compliance, and to support GMP audit, Project, etc under manager supervision and direction.

· Together with team member to support GMP inspection by authority or customers

· Other duties/projects assigned by the Production Manager.

• Working day: 5 days

Job Scope：

• Coordinate collection of completed jobs, generate necessary shipping documents, and notify relevant departments.
• Expedite and verify packing lists and delivery orders, follow up with logistics and finance, and handle incoming deliveries and customs.
• Oversee “Ship to” items for overseas suppliers and coordinate with packing and production teams.
• Manage direct and indirect materials, identify and select suppliers, improve supply chain strategies, monitor deliveries, and ensure compliance.
• Schedule and coordinate truck transportation and driver logistics.
• Participate in programs like TQM, Lean Manufacturing, and social activities.
• Manage coupons, reports, transaction entries, visitor reception, calls, courier arrangements, and any assigned duties.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area, and comply with safety guidelines and company policies.

• Participate in continual and process improvement

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years polymer or petrochemical plant experience
• Ability to lead people in a supervision or lead role
• Exceptional knowledge and application of all safety rules and safety processes required in a chemical plant
• Experience in the operation of chemical plant equipment (such as distillation columns, heat exchangers, pumps, instrumentation systems, extruders, and continuous stirred tank reactors)
