Job Responsibilities:

• Project costing and end to end execution of solar projects.
• Conduct site visits, site feasibility, design and install solar power system.
• Manage from pre-to-post-construction, site acceptance test and handover of solar power system to customer.
• Contact point between the company and customer during construction stage.
• Conduct engineering site audits to collect structural, electrical and related site information for use in the design of commercial and industrial solar power system.
• Design the layout of solar panels and various support electrical equipment.
• Perform computer simulation of solar photovoltaic (PV) generation system performance or energy production to optimise efficiency.
• Create checklists for review or inspection of completed solar installation projects.
• Complete assigned projects on schedule and within budget.
• Cold calling potential customers and identify & engage potential prospects.
• Plan, implement and monitor marketing activities to ensure relevant targets are achieved.
• Manage monthly billing and O&M for existing projects.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in engineering discipline (electrical/renewable engineering is preferred).
• Good technical understanding about solar PV system.
• Minimum two (2) years of relevant work experience in solar & ESS field is preferred.
• Projet management experience in engineering and construction is a must.
• Knowledge in energy modelling software (PVSyst, Helioscope) and AutoCAD.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with strong negotiation and resolution skills.

Job Description

- Assist project department in handling all projects, documents, correspondences, and emails.

- Assist project department with coordinating work.

- Prepare and maintain of contract/project documentation (work order, delivery order, invoice)

- Provide administrative support to project departments.

- Provide necessary administrative support to all departments.

Mandatory Skill-set

· Degree in Banking, Business, Finance or equivalent;

Responsibilities

· Responsible for analyzing and providing inferences on specialized Payment functions related to SWIFT and payment messages;

· Support the Project manager effectively on administrative and logistical tasks;

· Closely work with the Project team for successful on-time Project delivery;

· Track Project progress and monitor work plan execution;

· Involved in Scheduling relevant Project meetings, take notes and prepare the MoM;

· Articulate business case scenarios and contribute towards the development and scoping of the Project;

· Coordinate with surround Project team members to achieve project objectives;

· Support the different testing cycles, analyze the results and submit observations to the Project Manager;

· Ensure that all Project work is carried out as per the defined standards and procedures;

Overview

The Project Assistant will support project managers and team members in various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
