Job Responsibilities:

• Model Development, construction, documentation, and production techniques
• Prepare and update Revit Model (Coordination Drawing)
• Prepare 2D and 3D shop drawing and as-built
• Create Revit families with parameters as per project specific
• Prepare and update drawing registry
• Assist the project and other department on drawing documentation and etc.
• Attend to site for the coordination meeting for drawings related
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum Diploma in BIM or equivalent with at least 1-year experiences in working as architectural draftsperson
• Proficient in AutoCAD/Revit & Microstation (2D & 3D)

Overview:

We are under Construction & Engineering Firm Specialized in interior fit out works(Electrical, ACMV, Plumbing & Fire Protection)

Responsibilities:

• Maintains project team accomplishments by communicating essential information; coordinating actions; obtaining expert input; reviewing open issues and action items; contributing information to team meetings and reports; escalating project completion impediments.
• Day-to-day management on site, including supervising and monitoring the site and co-ordinate sub-contract works.
• Liaise with clients and consultants on project.
• Produce proper reports and documentation before and after project completion.
• Complies with codes and regulations by complying with requirements; preparing permit applications, plans, and compliance reports.
• Assist to update of As-Built drawing on site.
• And all other General Administration works as instructed.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
• Min 2 years relevant experience
• Experience in project management (Able to handle Projects ), A&A works, M&E services, As-Built drawing, site supervision and coordination, compliances, and regulations.
• Knowledge/Related Experience in ACMV, Electrical, Fire Protection System, Plumbing and Sanitary Services, and installation of M&E Services on site
