Position Overview
We're seeking a highly motivated fresh graduate to take on the role of Enterprise Account Manager, specifically focused on selling AI solutions to enterprise clients. This position requires someone who can understand and articulate the value of artificial intelligence technologies, including machine learning solutions, automation tools, and data analytics platforms. You will be responsible for identifying how our AI solutions can address business challenges and drive digital transformation for enterprise clients. This is a unique opportunity for a self-starter to directly manage and grow enterprise client relationships while building a career at the intersection of AI technology and sales.
Primary Responsibilities
- Independently manage and develop relationships with enterprise clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for AI solution deployments
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals highlighting AI capabilities and business impact
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical discussions with potential clients
- Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and sales activities
- Handle the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Build deep understanding of our AI technology solutions to effectively communicate value propositions
- Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful solution delivery
Required Qualifications
- Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related fields
- Strong self-learning ability and initiative
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Basic understanding of AI, machine learning, and digital transformation trends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
Preferred Qualities
- Previous internship experience in sales or customer-facing roles
- Understanding of enterprise software solutions and AI technologies
- Experience with CRM systems
- Multilingual capabilities (English + other Asian languages)
- Demonstrated history of self-initiated projects or entrepreneurial activities
- Interest in or coursework related to artificial intelligence and data analytics
