Job Summary

As a Business Integration & Communications Manager, you will be responsible for the integration of projects and development of communications across Travel Services and Commercial Teams, for Disney Cruise Line’s operations in the APAC region. You will act as a liaison within Travel Services, Commercial Teams and our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) vendor in Southeast Asia by working together with cross-functional partners to support key information including communication of product details, procedures and policies, operational changes, process improvements and system enhancements. RESPONSIBILITIES:

· End-to-end ownership (design, define and deliver) of the Core Banking platform release management.
