Responsibilities:

The Automation Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing automation projects from initiation through completion. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that automation solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The Automation Project Manager will also oversee the deployment of automation technologies, manage project risks, and ensure that all project milestones are achieved.

1. Project Planning and Management:Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
   Define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
   Coordinate and manage project activities to ensure timely and successful completion.
   
2. Stakeholder Communication:Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.

Requirements:

[Must]

• Proven experience managing automation or robotics projects, preferably in warehouse or supply chain environments.
• Strong knowledge of autonomous technologies, including AGVs and robotic systems.
• Able to travel overseas when required (Asia & Middle East markets) (less than 6x a year)
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with safety and quality control protocols within industrial or warehousing environments.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
• Proficiency in PM software and tools
