We are seeking a friendly and proactive Showroom Executive to enhance our sales team and drive customer engagement in our showroom. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional customer service skills, able to work flexible hours, including weekends and have a keen eye for visual merchandising. This role is essential in creating an inviting environment that showcases our products while meeting and ensuring a memorable and enjoyable viewing experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering an intuitive and enjoyable customer-centric experience. To interact and provide appropriate advice to visitor's need and attend to enquiries with a pleasant disposition at all times.
- Build customer profile by documenting and maintaining of customer’s data promptly.
- Ensure showroom is well maintained in a pristine condition at all times.
- Good commitment to work schedules.
- Adhere to professional standards of behavior & conduct in dealing with customers & colleagues.
- Co-operate and work effectively with other Departments and team members to achieve objectives.
- Complies with brand grooming guidelines and maintain good standard consistently to portray a professional image
- Ready to undertake additional showroom related tasks where necessary.
Requirement
- Minimum GCE “O” Levels with at least 2 years of experience in frontline customer services.
- Experience/knowledge in home renovation or material supply processes would be an advantage.
- Bi-lingual in English and Mandarin with good communication skill.
- Self-motivated, cheerful and outgoing personality with above-average EQ.
- Resourceful in tackling different situations.
- Ability to think creatively and work independently.
- Available to work on every Sat, Sun & PH (10am – 5pm)
- Work in central area.
- Only for Singaporean/PR.
