We are recruiting for a Listed Real Estate Company and their current AUM stands at about SGD3 billion and looking to continue to grow. They will be focusing on industrial/logistics spaces and have the capability to acquire land/projects under development.

You will be assisting in formulating investment strategies that are in line with the overall business plan, identifying suitable investment targets (industry/sector, company, etc) and generate investment leads (direct and indirect) to fulfil assigned targets.
