As a Student Admission and Support Staff (Executive) or Admissions Counselor cum Admin, you play a pivotal role in facilitating the admission process and providing essential support to prospective students and their families. Key Responsibilities:

9. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to applicants and their families, addressing their inquiries promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field. Master's degree can be a preferred choice.
• Previous experience in admissions, student services, or a related role is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using office software and database systems.
• Knowledge of admission processes and educational systems is a plus.
• Able to speak other languages for majority parent community like Hindi or Tamil is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
