Press Rack Coordination & Press Showroom Management

• Managing of press sample loans schedule for Singapore and SEA Liaising with stylists and editors on samples loaning for maximum publicity
• Packing and unpacking of samples loans for pickups and managing deliveries
• Preparation for arrangement for overseas and local loans

Press Activities and E-News dissemination

• Efficiently share and provide accurate information on various press enquires daily pertaining to our products and collections
• Preparation of digital press kits for specific product pushes across Ladies, Men’s, Baby, Fine Jewelry and Timepiece universes on a bimonthly basis.
• Ensuring all e-news are sent to the right press target for maximum exposure and to following up on further press enquiries when required

Editorial Monitoring

• Monitoring key local newspapers, magazines, websites and digital platforms on a daily basis
• Prepare weekly and monthly editorial clippings
• Prepare press review reports of specific product categories

Press Gifting

• Managing press gifts inventory
• Ensuring that press gifts are presented in accordance to guidelines
• Coordinate logistics relating to press gifts delivery

Advertising

• To prepare reports of campaigns for digital and OOH platforms monthly and updating to APAC HQ
• Monitoring various monthly reports (both print & digital) with media agency for timely submissions to regional office

Event Management

• Coordinate on event logistics and preparation eg. casting and fittings of event ushers, arranging for flowers and gifts
• Assist to faciliate the event flow during events

Responsibilities

The primary objective of this position is to handle fast track claims for Home Insurance, administrative matters, tasks and reports pertaining to claims, data entry, attend to claimants and claims-related enquiries.

This position is accountable for the following: Claims Service, Claims Quality, Claims Reporting

Claims Service

• Work within local and regional on operating processes and claim handling procedures to ensure that quality claim service is rendered to all customers in accordance with Claims Philosophy.
• Attend to claim enquiries and feedback, maintain positive relationship with all customers, brokers, service providers etc,
• Use external resources in accordance with the guidelines and philosophies. This includes the engagement of appropriate service providers where required and management of such providers and cases towards the timely and effective resolution of the matter.

Claims Quality

• Manage and handle claims to finality within designated Settlement Authority and Claims Management Guidelines, including timely action, appropriate investigation, regular case reviews and proper evaluation are taken in all claims.
• Ensure that loss reserves are set and maintained in accordance with guidelines, timely updates of claims data made into systems and correctness of systems and file records,
• Comply with quality review program guidelines and ensure corrective action is complemented as necessary.
• Complete Reserve Reconciliation and Advocacy reviews in accordance with guidelines.
• Good analytical skills with strong attention to detail, able to monitor work flow, quality and adjust procedures as necessary.

Others

• As required, assist in claims related projects including UAT etc, and other projects/assignments or tasks, as assigned.
• Maximize recoveries from insurers, salvage dispositions, subrogation or other recovery proceedings through close monitoring.
• Ensure timely advices, relevant supporting documents and responses to enquiries are provided to coinsurers / reinsurers to settle their share promptly.
• To meet or exceed the expectations/objectives set on the individual’s and the Team’s yearly goal setting.

Requirements

• GCE “O” Level and Diploma / Professional certificates in the relevant discipline
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in Home insurance claims/ General Insurance claims
• Knowledge in Home Insurance and A&H claims handling.
• Excellent communication and internal personal skills. Ability to effectively manage all internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent customer service.
• Ability to organize work effectively and methodically. Highly adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment.
