Analyze inventory data to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Quality Control:Inspect received goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Resolve discrepancies with suppliers promptly.
- Compliance and Documentation:Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier agreements.
- Collaboration:Work with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with organizational goals.
Participate in projects that require procurement input.
Requirements:
- Skills:Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Personal Attributes:Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in purchasing or supply chain management is a plus.
