• Operate, maintain, and configure Communication Equipment/ Audio infrastructure from the ground up-Well versed in LAWO, RTS, RF equipment and AOIP
  Able to update software and equipment to the latest version from manufacturer.
  
• Assisting or reporting of Audio / Comms equipment problems and ensure the equipment is repaired on time for next production.
• To introduce, adopt and train team members on latest technologies.
• To be able to direct, instruct and manage assistant engineers and possible system integrators on projects.
• To have excellent oral and written communication skills including conversational English as well as computer skills.
• To be able to draft technical reports.
• To be able to read technical (Auto CAD) engineering drawings and willing to learn.
• Any other ad-hoc duties.

• Ensuring the System Supervisor is provided with the current shop and space management drawings, specifications, approved technical submittals and all approved changes in scope;
• Ensuring the System Supervisor is fully briefed on the awarded scope of work, the tender technical documents and all contractual revisions to tender documentation;
• Evaluating technical submittals for specification and client requirement compliance;
• Approving Test Packs at each step of construction through to completion;
• Forwarding testing and commission passing criteria to the System Supervisor;
• Evaluating progress claims against work complete;
• Evaluating contractor variation quantity claimed is accurate.

We now seek an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to be based in our Singapore office to inspire others. You will have the ability to run small and large sized projects, undertake a client facing role in the development, design, and co-ordination of engineering projects You will have experience in the delivery of data centres along with other sector experience including commercial, hotel, retail, and hotel design desirable.

Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both with colleagues and clients, and experience working on innovative projects with leading client organisations, and contractors will equip you to take a future pro-active role in forging client relationships of our sector portfolio.

You will possess good commercial awareness, in addition to having robust technical knowledge relevant to building services design, and capable of incorporating those technologies into the hotel / hospitality and leisure sector. Role Responsibilities

Job Requirements:

• BEng, MSc, and have sufficient experience

• Working towards Chartered/Professional Engineer status
• Competent in specification design/drawing for several building types
• Sound knowledge of key Health and Safety issues and legislation
• Ability to use IT based calculation and spreadsheet software
• Good understanding of BS SC and International design codes and Standards
