Duties and Responsibilities

▪ Be the driver in providing direction and the implementation of the company’s quality system.

Management Responsibility

The Senior Quality Manager leads the Quality team. Responsibilities for this include:

Key Responsibilities

Leads the Industrial Engineering Team. Oversees methods and analysis including process design, time and motion study, and leads continual improvement initiatives.

Drives the development of specialized tooling solutions for the assembly, integration and intra-plant transport of modules, assemblies and mainframes.

Drives capacity/demand analysis business processes and ensures that capacity planning processes are deployed and maintained across multiple functions. Lead & support the Manufacturing Engineering activity in Engine Overhaul/Component Repair Production Area.
