Responsibilities:

• Technical Support & Engineering Solutions: Enhance reliability of bus on-board equipment (OBE) including NOBA, CFMS, CCTV, Transmitter, IU, PIDS@Bus. Provide technical support for quality systems such as ISO55001, ISO9001, ISO45000.
• Project Management:Liaise with LTA on technical matters, coordinate with departments for project implementation, review progress, prepare and evaluate tender documents, source and negotiate with vendors, conduct trials and technology evaluations.
• Quality Systems:Act as Secretariat for ISO55001, coordinate ISO9001, ISO45000, and ISO22301, perform internal audits, lead engineering investigations, and develop plans for Bus Condition Audits.
• On-Board Equipment (OBE): Enhance OBE reliability, review maintenance standards, manage OBE inventory, organize training programs, and liaise with regulatory bodies.
• Engineering Support: Coordinate bus transfers, support procurement on quality matters, manage Bus Master List, and handle bus registration and insurance.
• Day-to-Day Operations: Provide specialized support to customers and internal divisions, maintain positive working relationships, supervise MSOs and SPs, promote productivity initiatives, liaise with regulatory bodies, and conduct risk assessments.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering with good knowledge in automotive services.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry.
• Strong supervisory, management, communication, interpersonal, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in software applications like Microsoft Office.
• Dynamic, proactive, decisive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Liaison with customer / supplier on production quality issues, drive improvements;
• Establish Quality Inspection Procedures ;
• Perform internal audits to meet AS9100 & NadCap requirements;
• Analyse process capabilities (cpk) and recommend areas of improvements;
• Perform Gage R&R, calibration of CNC and quality jigs & other instruments

Requirements

• Degree in Mechancial / Production Engineering or other educational background with relevant working experience;
• Familiar with ISO/ QS/ AS Quality Management system, Qualified internal auditor;
• Must be well verse in interpreting mechanical drawings (ISO, GD&T)
• Experience in Coordinte Measuremnt Machine (CMM) Programming an advantage;
• Good analytical knowledge and sense for technical details & precision
• Passion to innovate and improve, willingness to learn & adapt to challenges
• Good team player, ability to communicate well within all levels of the organization

The Job:

· Coordinate with external certification bodies/customers/internal departments to compile and submit documentation to meet certification requirements and obtain certification reports (such as Semi S2-S8 and NFPA79 standards)

· Coordinate with ISO certification bodies to implement, manage, review and maintain ISO systems

· Handle ISO internal/external audits, documentation and related activities to promote awareness and ensure company processes comply with ISO standards

· Prepare, compile and review technical documentation such as equipment manuals, specifications and procedures

· Do simple translation of technical documentation and data (Chinese and English)

· Research and review technical data to support both internal requirement and external requests from customers

· Maintain good control of documentation records and ensure timely update of changes

· Keep close track of project schedules to meet documentation submission deadlines

Requirements:

· Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related discipline

· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in Semiconductor industry and familiar with the industry certification standards. More years would be consider for Senior role.

· Good knowledge of ISO standards and implementation procedures will be an advantage

· Proficient in both English and Chinese (to liaise with Chinese-speaking associates and to perform documents translation) will be an advantage
