The Role:

Quality Assurance & Quality Control Engineer (QA/QC Engineer)

Requirements:

• Recognized Diploma/Degree in related field
• Experience in working with Contractors
• Relevant experience in Civil/Building, preferably with experience in façade installation works
• Good team player and adaptable to a dynamic environment

Responsibilities:-

• To lead the QA/QC team
• To provide training and coaching to the team members in façade related works.
• To assess each construction process and procedure. Provide feedback and continuous improvement whenevee necessary
• To ensure internal quality controls are in place and being maintained properly
• Work closely with other project personnel such as production and site management team to deliver high quality works
• Prepare monthly analysis and report to Management in regards to site and project activities

• Engineer in the civil/structural discipline with at least a degree recognised by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore
• At least ten (10) years of relevant experience on projects similar in nature to civil projects, including at least five (5)years in the design of geotechnical works for deep excavation.
• Experience in LTA projects is an adventage.

The Senior Engineer, Facilities Management (FM) supports the Head of Department to ensure the Facilities & Biomedical Engineering department functions efficiently and effectively to achieve NNI’s strategic objectives. The Senior Engineer (FM) is to ensure that renovation projects and infrastructure works, the day-to-day management of facilities, maintenance support services, operational processes and department KPIs are consistently kept to a high standard to support the institution’s operational requirements.

Job Requirements

The incumbent will be responsible for the following:

• Renovation projects, infrastructure improvement works and maintenance of NNI facilities.
• Ensure the timely maintenance replacement of all such stated assets, equipment and fixtures so that assets are sustained and optimized over their cyclical lives with minimal downtimes and costs.
• Interaction with TTSH Support Services especially in areas such as facility engineering, security & carpark and housekeeping.
• Prepare technical specification for ITQ/RFP and participate in procurement evaluation as subject matter expert for facilities management and facility development.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering / related fields or equivalent + 4 yrs exp or Diploma in Facilities Management Engineering / related fields or equivalent + 10 yrs exp & demonstrated competency.

You will collaborate with stakeholders on timely data submissions and accurate reporting of clinical quality indicator results. Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong RDBMS design, SQL Programming and ETL experience is required.
• Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS, SSRS), Excel is a must. Experience with other database sources and BI products will be an advantage.
• Experience in data retrieval and data cleansing using scripting languages, REST and SOAP APIs, and RPA products such as UiPath, Power Automate.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform suite (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Power Virtual Agent). The candidate shall be competent in process and workflow design and implementation and designing of operating models.
• Experience in developing Data Visualization, Reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar visualization tools.
• Experiences in Programming & developing business applications using modern programming platform like Microsoft .Net and/or any Open Source Systems will be an advantage.
