About The Role

We value the importance of having a robust Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs team that would serve as a key pillar for sustained commercial success. To that end, we are looking for a Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs Manager to join us on this journey. You will be part of our fast-growing team and will take ownership of your role from the get-go. You will work on ensuring our company’s commitment to comply with regulatory requirements and to maintain the effectiveness of our Quality Management System (QMS). You will also be in charge of our products’ regulatory strategies and submissions to various regulatory bodies. Your Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science.

As a Non-Volatile Memory Quality & Reliability Assurance (NVMQRA) Engineer at Micron Technology, you will be responsible for performing formal Failure Analysis of customer reported failing devices via the Returned Material Authorization (RMA) process. You will be required to summarize lab analysis results at the electrical and physical level to identify root cause and establish an associated containment plan. In this role, you will have the opportunities to collaborate with various engineering and manufacturing stakeholders to evaluate and review Corrective Actions /Preventive Actions. Job Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or equivalent.

• Working knowledge plus at least a year’s experience in networking technologies like Structured Cabling, WAN, LAN, VPN, Network Security, Wireless, iBGP, eBGP, Routing Protocol, OSFP etc.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, build and maintain the software development pipeline automation with related toolsets to enable CI/CD

2. Design and implement the infrastructure and operating environment for container-based microservices that will meet the agreed high availability, performance and security requirements

3. Utilise native cloud tools to monitor the health and performance of the production and UAT environments, and automate the alerts as part of the incident reporting framework

4. Work closely with development teams and other internal teams to ensure that solutions are designed in accordance to requirements to facilitate scale/performance, security and operability

5. Work closely with on-site Tenant Facility Management (TFM) team to supervise day-to-day cloud operations which include activities such as regular patching and system configuration

6. Support and ensure that the software releases are aligned with MPA's internal software release and deployment process

Requirements
