Responsibilities

• Assist/support Topsides Engineering Project Manager in managing engineering work including engineering deliverables, man-hour and schedule control, mainly in multi-disciplinary topsides design related activities and to ensure work performed on the project is in accordance with company quality, systems and safety requirements;

• Lead topsides design review activities either internally with other discipline or externally with other parties (include client);

• Prepare, update & monitor the topsides design Punch List & Hold List on weekly basis, especially related to external parties (include client);
• Support Project Planner in preparation of monthly or weekly report to client related to topsides design progress & status;

Job Description

• Prepare and review Instrumentation, Control and Automation (ICA) Works specifications.
• Assist the ICA Lead and manage the engineering design works for the Control System Architecture, Data Communication Networks, Functional Design Specification (FDS), Process Control Narrative (PCN) and Process Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), Programmable Logic Controller / Distributed Control System (PLC/DCS) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) and any other ICA Works as required.
• Handle equipment package and procurement including technical specifications preparation, technical clarification, technical bid analysis, etc.
• Collaboration with multiple stakeholders including internal teams of different trades, clients, consultants, other packages contractors, sub-contractors and vendors to ensure success of the project.
• Prepare, review and liaison with subcontractor(s) in the design and submission, ensuring all project specifications and design standards are met.
• Work with cross function project team to support project activities, i.e. schedule, process, progress claims, work progress, etc.
• Manage and supervise the project execution, site installation, inspection, testing and commissioning, plant proving related to Instrumentation, Control and automation system and interface works with other disciplines and all stakeholders.
• Attend to clients’ comments and ensure clients’ approval & acceptance to all ICA related design, installation and Testing & Commissioning Works.
• Resolve the site technical related matters.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering / Instrumentation & Control Engineering / Advanced Diploma in Process Control and Instrumentation.
• Experience in Selection, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of the Instrumentation.
• Experience in ICA engineering Works, preferably in water/wastewater projectswill be an added advantage.
• Experience in Programming of PLC/DCS and SCADA.
• Experience in Project Execution, Supervising and Coordination with subcontractors, consultant and Client.
• Good knowledge in Microstation/Autocad software.
• Good technical understanding and experience in water, wastewater and environmental engineering works.
• Meticulous and analytical with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under tight deadlines.
• Highly motivated and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in engineering, installation, testing and commissioning of ICA Works.
• Able to work in the Tuas South area, in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage, configure, and troubleshoot Active Directory (AD) infrastructure, including group policies, user accounts, and access controls.

· Perform AD migrations, upgrades, and health checks.

· Monitor AD replication, manage DNS, and ensure AD environment security.

· Deploy, manage, and maintain virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, or other solutions.

· Optimize virtual machine (VM) performance and resource utilization.

· Implement failover clustering and disaster recovery for virtualized environments.

· Install, configure, and manage Windows-based servers (2016/2019/2022).

· Monitor server performance, patch management, and OS updates.

· Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on Wintel systems.

· Ensure system availability and reliability through proactive monitoring and issue resolution.

· Perform regular system backups, updates, and recovery tasks.

· Implement security best practices for Windows and virtualized environments.

Qualifications and Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

· Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT systems administration or engineering.

· Hands-on experience with AD, virtualization technologies, and Wintel systems.

· Proficient in Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, and DHCP.

· Expertise in virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, or similar.

· Strong knowledge of Windows Server OS (2016/2019/2022).

· Experience with backup solutions, scripting (PowerShell), and monitoring tools.

· Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

· Certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, VMware VCP, or equivalent are a plus.

· Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) is advantageous.
