Job Scope:

• Assist dealers/clients for documentation and coordination support
• Educate dealers with workflow for product submissions to ensure seamless disbursement
• Monitor approval statuses and handle negotiation requests and feedback
• Manage documents data and reports accurately
• Keep records and documents up to date
• Process on loan application (Hire Purchase Finance and Leasing Association of Singapore (HPFLAS))
• Able react immediately for urgent change in arrangement
• Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents

Job Requirement:

• Diploma in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 1-year experience in the client servicing and processing role in the automotive industry
• Candidates with no experience also welcomed to apply, will be considered for Administrative Executive role instead
• Experience in Hire Purchase Finance and Leasing Association of Singapore (HPFLAS) or LTA Portal

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage assigned outlets (2 outlets and above) for its operational and manpower planning.
• Complete intensive operational training at designated outlets within specific timeline.
• Assist management to establish and develop operating policies, systems, processes to accommodate and support the rapid growth of the organization.
• Monitor and responsible for sales performance of respective outlets.
• Attend monthly Operation meetings to solve various operational issues for growth sustainability.
• Review the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) regularly to streamline the processes for better efficiency.
• Conduct Outlet Examination and Training regularly for staff development and/or promotion.
• Involve in investigation of issues relating to customer complain (Service and Product Quality).
• Review the performance of Store Managers and outlet employees, and provide corrective action for improvement if necessary.
• Responsible for monitoring and managing the outlets expenses and inventory usage if necessary.
• Develop, motivate and retain subordinates, especially the high performers, to help them achieve and excel in the required quality and productivity target set.
• Perform related duties/tasks as required.

ACCOUNTS & ADMIN EXECUTIVE

Preferable with experience.

Able to speak English. Other language will be plus point.

Able to handle full set of Accounts and government submission.

Require to handle administrative work also, such as filing, paper work, and etc.

Jobs Description:

-To support outdoor sales in quotations and enquiries

-To ensure smooth delivery for all confirmed orders

-Ensure all related paperwork such as quotations, purchase orders to Suppliers, deliveries are done properly

-To provide after sales customer support if needed

Requirements:

-IT sales experience with at least 1 - 2 years of relevant experience is an advantage

-Customer oriented, good interpersonal and communication skills

-High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment, responsible, able to handle stress; including the ability to work independently and challenging environment

-Self-motivated to expand personal professional knowledge of product and selling skills

-Proficient with computer, especially Microsoft office applications namely, Outlook, Excel and Word

Other Information:
