Job Description:

• Implement routine Quality Management (QM) work including new staff QM training, annual QM training, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) validation, and mock recall according to Group standards
• Routinely report to the Group concerning the current (Regional) Business Unit (BU/RBU) Integrated Management System (IMS) status via IMS management review report and two-way meetings
• Conduct Risk Assessment (RA) and action plans on processes for compliance with local workplace health and safety government regulations
• Coordinate the investigation and close out of the (Regional) Business Unit (BU/RBU) site
• Provide progress and support to drive internal audit corrective actions
• Identify and remedy gaps between the Business Unit / Regional Business Unit (BU/RBU) Quality Management (QM) system and Group QM standards, site-certified QM standards, under guidance from
• Deploy Management of Change System in laboratories, logistics, and warehouses in compliance with requirements from authorities, customers, or internal regulations in the Quality/Regulatory and SHE areas.
• Active participation in ISO and HACCP implementations

• Raise report whenever necessary.
• Perform incoming and outgoing documentation check, including FAI parts
• Interact and liaise with suppliers for any quality/technical related issues.
• Control further processing and delivery of nonconforming products.
• Monitor and maintain inspection tools and equipment

• Prepare test procedure or design fixture, whenever needed.
• Perform assembly, testing and packing as per procedure/documentation whenever needed. Prepare and implement procedures, work instructions and other quality related documents.

• Serve as a centre base documents controller for technical data and quality documents.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Engineering
• Possess at least 1 -2 years prior working experience in engineering functions. Candidates with no experience will be considered as well
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Training will be provided.
• Willing to travel as occasional travel is required.
