What you will be working on

As a part of the Service Quality Management team, you will be responsible for implementing and managing the Board’s Customer Relationship Management System (CRMS) that is used by both frontline and backend departments to handle correspondences with our customers. You will play a role in ensuring the successful deployment and integration of systems to enhance service quality and improve customer experience.

In this role, you will:

• Serve as the primary liaison between business teams, overseeing project progress and gathering feedback.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear business requirements and ensure smooth integration of systems.
• Participate in testing to ensure system readiness and alignment with standards, and provide post-implementation support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve project blockers in collaboration with IT colleagues and vendors.
• Harmonise business processes to accommodate changes from the new system.
• Support change management communications and training plans for internal users during the transition phase.
• Provide training on new digital capabilities to deliver accurate information to customers.
• Identify gaps between systems and business needs for future enhancements.
• Review and streamline policies and processes based on emerging technologies and methodologies to keep abreast of market practices.

What we are looking for

• Relevant experience in project management or operations management, preferably in a customer service or digital transformation environment.
• Familiarity with managing and implementing enhancements to improve processes and increase productivity/efficiency would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of CRMS platforms, such as Salesforce, will be an added advantage.
• Relevant strong experience with testing methodologies and quality assurance processes.
• Demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.

The successful candidate will hold the corporate title of Manager/Senior Manager, with seniority based on individual work experiences.

Position is on a 1-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with an option to renew, contingent upon confirmation and subject to organisational needs.Additionally, there is potential for emplacement into a permanent position.

Job description:
• Perform dimensional/functional inspection of First Article (FA), Incoming, In-process or Outgoing parts in accordance to Work Instructions to ensure that components and products conform to specifications.
• Ensure the compliance of equipment and tools use during inspection in accordance to Calibration and Preventive Maintenance requirements.
• Maintain the control of the manufacturing environment and perform gowning as necessary.
• Perform recording of inspection data, monitoring data and other data in accordance to Records Control requirements.

Candidate Profile & Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/"O" Level, Higher secondary/PreU/A level/College,Professional Certificate/NiTEC, any field.
• At least 2 years of work experience as inspector in a machine shop.
• Proficient in regular measurement instruments. Capable of operating CMM is an advantage.
• Able to read and understand engineering drawings and GD&T.

Job Description

· Source, evaluate, negotiate and purchase goods for direct and indirect materials according to project requirements (RFQ/BOM)

· Participate in strategic sourcing initiatives. Research, evaluate potential suppliers, and develop newly qualified vendors to maintain a strong and healthy supply base.

· Keep abreast of the market/price situation and conduct a regular price comparison.

· Generate purchase orders and forward to the respective suppliers; facilitate the fulfilment process at all stages from material requisition (MR) till purchase order (PO) closed in the system.

· Coordinate with the store to check stock levels as required and place orders as needed

· Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and receiving the stock.

· Liaise and build a good rapport with suppliers and cross-functional team members (relationship management).

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree or minimum Diploma in Business Studies,Purchasing Management / Supply Chain Management/Engineering, preferably with technical background or experience.

· Possess at least 2 years’ related experience in façade product manufacturing and/or construction industry.

· Fresh graduates and candidates with no related working experience are also encouraged to apply.

· Knowledge of SAP experience is a plus.

· Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially Excel.

· Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates in view of business communications.
