· Assist in planning and executing events, including logistics coordination and scheduling.

· Support communications efforts, including drafting content and managing social media channels.

· Liaise with external parties and partners to ensure smooth collaboration.

· Contribute to PMO-related tasks, including progress tracking and reporting.

· Track, maintain & monitor budget utilisation & expenses.

· Prepare & publish periodic reports e.g. manpower, expenses.

· Support procurement needs.

· Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

· Manage project timelines and deadlines.

· Provide administrative support to other team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mass Communications, IT or related field.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in programme / event planning, project coordination, or similar role.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• Keen attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude.
