Responsibilities

· Handling escalation on actions from Production Engineers Level 1 (incident, request, change)

· Propose improvement and solution to reduce repetitive tasks.

· Driving the most complex operations & ensures they are well prepared (involvement on DRP test, WIP, etc

· Work on requests, changes and incidents based on clients’ tickets, using the documentation and procedures put in place in his business unit

Skills/Requirement

· Knowledge on Unix with experience in scripting and automation.

· Must have Basic database knowledge with ability to query, write commands and automate scripts.

· Basic Knowledge on Windows scripting, Active directory

· Knowledge on Windows administration - basics

· Knowledge on Network fundamentals

· Good to have Control-M, MQ Series CFT

· Must be willing to do on call support: This covers 7 consecutive days during non-business hours to manage escalated incidents and to work on planned changes, weekend included.

· Mut be willing to do Rotational shifts: Members in the team will rotate accordingly around 3 shifts

Field Service Engineer
