· Perform incoming, in-process and outgoing quality control activities

· Liaise with customers pertaining product specifications and quality issues

· Update quality standards regularly in order to conform to customer’s requirements

· Perform in-coming, in-process and final QC daily activities

· File and update QC testing records or reports

· Review and verify daily routine QC results

· Liaise with Logistic Coordinator to arrange for outgoing shipment activities

· Report abnormalities to QA Supervisor

· Prepare quality related reports

· Take part in ISO 9001:2015 IQA activities

Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company from time to time

Physically Fit, able to carry at least 10kg machine parts

Work Place : Pasir Ris (2 weeks training @ Woodlands)

Working Day : 5.5 days

Working Hour : 8.30am to 6pm, 8.30am to 12.30pm

Roles and Responsibilities:

• To coordinate cold store activities such as issuance and receipts of goods.
• Stock identification and allocation.
• To monitor in / out stocks.
• Daily cold store tally report.
• To perform monthly stock take.
• Prepare Pork side stock report.
• Managing stock for multiple warehouses.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook etc).
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain precise records of all incoming payments

• Prepare and send invoices to clients

• Contact clients as needed to ensure payment of outstanding invoices

• Reconcile any irregularities in receipts

• Work collaboratively with accounts payable and other accounting staff to ensure accuracy in finances

• Take charge of Petty cash and staff claims

• Audit all receipts on a determined schedule to ensure accuracy in accounting

• Generate and deliver reports to different departments as needed

• Actively investigate and resolve irregularities in both incoming and outgoing payments

• Other finance duties as assigned

Requirements

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

• Able to work well independently and as a team

• Able to communicate well across all levels

Others:

• Mon to Thur - 8am – 6pm

• Fri - 8am - 5pm

Able to start work from 1st May to end August

• Plant hygiene control & factory checking.
• To perform QC check such as microbial check, sensory, & visual checks on raw materials and all finished products produced by the seasoning manufacturing line.
• To do in-house verification/calibration on the equipment.
• To maintain QC laboratories.
• Any other work as shall be assigned by the Company from time to time.

Working time: 8.30 to 5.30- Tuesday to Saturday. Monday is off day. Sunday rest day
