Responsibilities:
· Manage the phone calls and attend to client inquiries
· Call, schedule and remind customers to confirm their appointment
· Introduce promotional offers
· Provide admin, co-ordination and any other relevant support to the marketing team
· Contribute to marketing effectiveness by supporting the campaigns and promotions on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Google
· Provide good customer service
· Any other duties which may be assigned
Requirements:
· 4 or 5 days x 4 hours worked week
· Basic PC skills required
· Customer service background would be an added advantage
· Friendly and warm personality
· Able to start work immediately or within short notice
· Preferably with some relevant experience
