Key Responsibilities：

• Define architectural principles and patterns, and work with delivery teams to apply them.
• Own the discovery process from a technology perspective, refining requirements and exploring opportunities for delivery teams.
• Collaborate closely with tech leads, DevOps, security and the wider business to define and oversee the overall architecture.
• Ensure developed systems meet their non-functional requirements (e.g. security, maintainability, scalability and performance).
• Standardise architectural artifacts and ensure adequate documentation and diagrams are being maintained.
• Participate in vendor selection processes, leveraging expertise when making “buy vs build vs reuse” decisions.
• Manage and oversee outsourced IT services to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage communication with all business stakeholders, including the Board and Senior Management.

Key Requirements：

• Bachelor degree or higher and at least 10+ years in software development or architecture roles.
• Comfortable communicating in both English and Mandarin.
• Ability to connect business requirements to technology standards and architectures.
• Experience managing and overseeing remote outsourced IT services in compliance with MAS requirements.
• Understands and ensures full responsibility to adeptly address operational risks including resiliency, recovery, availability and security
• Highly organized and comfortable holding teams accountable
• Strong knowledge of organizational change management methodologies and practices
• Full stack technology acumen form business application though infrastructure
• Experience with complex containerised microservices, service-oriented architectures, event-driven architectures, message queues and streaming technologies, preferably Kafka would be a plus.
• Experience with cloud, preferably AWS.
• Exposure across application, solution, cloud, security and enterprise architecture.
• Work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, frequently changing deadlines and minimal supervision.
• Crypto background will be highly preferred
