• We are looking for Sales Development Executive to join our team that is driven and results-oriented.
• Will be in charge of finding new business prospects, establishing and preserving connections with clients, and promoting the expansion of our company in this capacity.

Duties:

• Find and seize fresh business prospects by conducting outreach, networking, and research.
• Create and preserve a solid rapport with both current and prospective customers.
• Work together with cross-functional teams to develop presentations and proposals that are suited to the demands of the client.
• Analyse the market to find trends and the competitive environment.
• Reach or surpass sales goals by negotiating contracts and closing deals.
• Monitor and report on performance and indicators related to business development.
• Keep up with new trends and advancements in the industry.

Qualifications:

• An MBA is desired; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a similar discipline is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in goods forwarding, sales, and business development.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals and spur expansion.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiating, and communication abilities.
• The capacity to function both alone and together.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

Responsibilities:

· Ensure that all the supplies and stocks in the outlet are sufficient for the day to day operations

· Maintain an attractive and an orderly appearance in the outlet

· Monitor proper ordering, receiving, storage procedures are being followed

· Motivate, guide and train the staff in up-selling the food and beverage items

· Attend to guest requests and complaints as required

· Ensure that all staff are properly informed on the promotions and information.

· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company

Requirements:

· Able to work on split shifts, weekends, and public holidays

· Service oriented and passionate working in F&B industry

· Possess good communication and interpersonal skills

PC literate, well-organized and self-motivated

Be able to communicate in English & Chinese

• Assist in preparation of the full spectrum of corporate accounting and billing function
• Assist in preparation of the full spectrum of vessel accounting function
• Prepare monthly payments to vendors and reimbursement of expense claims
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations
• Prepare all necessary supporting documents for auditing purposes
• Support managers on projects
• Ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

• 1 - 3 years related experience is preferred
• Well versed with MS excel and word
• Detailed oriented and able to work in fast paced environment with deadlines and goals
• Good written and interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities of the Job:

• Immediate handling of incoming vessel purchase orders
• Send orders to appropriate suppliers for quotes.
• Price negotiations and order follow-up with suppliers
• Evaluate incoming quotations and confirm supplier selection following Superintendent/Technical Manager or higher authority permission.
• To work closely with the warehouse and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Send instructions to the supplier.
• Keep the vessels and Vessel Managers informed of any delivery.
• Contact with the port agents of the vessel
• Clearance through customs
• Based on the practical arrangements made by the Vessel Manager, make the necessary official bookings for service and repairs.
• Maintain and update the supplier's database across many platforms.
