Job Description

· Administration and execution of HR functions including Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Employee Relations and Orientation Program.

· Liaise with hiring manager about manpower requisition requests.

· Post at job portal and screen resumes for shortlisting.

· Arrange & conduct interview with candidates and hiring managers.

· Ensure proper documentation of recruitment matter.

· Conduct background checks and calling references before job offering.

· Conduct onboarding and orientation for new hires.

· Perform general administrative duties such as filing, controlling and maintaining of documents.

· Perform IR21, IR8A for workers.

· Office admin support and general administration such as air ticket purchase, accommodation and transportation arrangement.

· Organize company events/team bonding activities.

· Renew company licenses.

· Application/renewal of permit and passes for workers and office staff.

· Other ad-hoc duties.

Requirements

· Minimum diploma/degree in HR or Business Administration.

· At least 3 years of related HR & Admin. Preferable in Construction Industry.

· Cheerful, responsible, meticulous, fast-thinker and takes initiative in work.

· Fast learner, able to get things done fast in a systematic way.

· Knowledge of Sage Payroll System & Whyze HR System is a plus.

· Able to start work immediately or within short notice.

• Cold-call to potential customers.
• Follow up and maintain good relationship with customer.
• Well understand on Employment Act to assist on work pass process and employee onboarding.
• Generate sales and revenue by actively seeking and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Customer-focused mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Provide after-sales services and accumulate customer feedback.
• Has basic knowledge on accounting and prepare monthly AR.
• Minimum 4 years related experience.

Job Scope

Engage in business development activities to secure new clientele via cold calls and email marketing

Should have experience in the Digital market like FB/ Instagram / Linkedin etc

Need to acquire new clients to enhance and sustain market presence.

Identify and address clients' human resources requirements by offering tailored business strategies.

Cultivate and nurture strong rapport with clients and candidates to ensure prolonged engagement.

Create and publish job advertisements across multiple online platforms.

Execute job orders by sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates in alignment with client specifications.

Job Description

As a Membership Executive (Recruitment Sales) in our Membership Team, you will report to our Assistant Manager, Membership.

What you’ll be doing:

• To assist in the daily operations and administrative work of the Membership Department to ensure the smooth operations of the Department.
• To assist in recruitment of members during roadshows or other events
• To update and maintain the members’ database and filing system.
• To handle various membership services provided by the Department (from data-entry to card printing) and ensure the needs of members are met efficiently.
• Attends to members’ enquiries / feedback via phone, email and walk-in.
• To assist in generating Membership update reports.
• To assist in Membership ad hoc projects.
